Q. Can men use the salon?+
A. Yes. Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender.
Q. Do you treat the groin area?+
A. We are a legitimate relaxation salon. We may touch nearby areas as part of the treatment flow, but we do not provide intensive treatment of the groin area. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Do I need a reservation?+
A. As we are a salon inside an apartment building, reservations are required. Please book by phone, LINE, or online.
Q. Can I book same-day?+
A. Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us by phone, LINE, or online booking.
Q. I arrived earlier than my appointment.+
A. As we run by appointment, we may not be able to seat you while the previous guest is being treated. Reception opens from 10 minutes before your appointment.
Q. What if I am running late?+
A. If you have not arrived after 5 minutes, we will call your registered number. If there is no contact or arrival after 10 minutes, it will be treated as a no-show. Please note that a late arrival may shorten your treatment time.
Q. What should I wear for the treatment?+
A. We provide a treatment gown for body care and paper shorts for oil work. You can come empty-handed, even on your way home from work.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?+
A. Credit cards, IC cards, and cash are accepted.
Q. Is there parking?+
A. Yes, we have reserved parking (the 2nd and 3rd spaces from the entrance). It is first come, first served; if full, please use a nearby coin parking.
Q. Can I request a specific therapist?+
A. Yes (nomination fee ¥1,000). Please choose your therapist when booking.
Q. Can I have treatment while pregnant?+
A. It depends on your condition, so please consult us in advance (some menus may not be available).
